We are a team of hackers and public health professionals who want to help you track and understand your health through the simplest interfaces possible. It all started when we began to notice that people we follow on our favorite social networks we’re were talking about how they’ve been feeling. A lot. On Twitter alone, we see tens of thousands of “feeling” tweets per day. So we decided to start mining as many social networks as possible and see what data and trends would start to show up. The result was fascinating. We were able to see breakouts as they were happening — in real-time!
We like to use Twitter and think that the model of simplicity works well for fostering frequent usage by many people. We’re also health nuts and have always wanted to better understand our health and what the factors are that contribute to it. So we’ve built uGraph as a tool to help us — and the world — understand health.
Our Team
We’re all co-founders and visionaries, as well as close friends. We also wear a lot of hats — because it’s all pretty interesting. The labels simply reflect the areas we spend more time in.
